Sir 1. I have taken a home loan from lic hfl, theni, tamilnadu branch since 25 may 2016 (home loan account no[protected] from 8.35% interest. That time as per government norms, the interest rate was 8.35% fixed, also analysed with other norms including banks and other finance companies. 2. Last year dec 19, i had taken a summary of transaction history from saugor branch, i was socked because since 11 jun 2018 the int was deducted @ 11.45% thereafter upto 11 oct 2018 @ 11.85% and upto date @ 11.95%. I m confused, how is it possible to excess recovery against govt orders. 3. You are requested to examine and refund on my excess recovery int amount to my account please. Regards.
