Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — final claim amount not settled for more than one month

My pol. No[protected] due date for final settlement was[protected] and i have already submitted the required documents with details at lic jammu karan bhawan shalamar road branch office almost a week before the due date but still my claim has not been settled yet. Also kindly let me know who will bear the loss which otherwise i would have gained on the due amount. Kindly guide.
