Dear sir,
I, Mintu Kumar, paid LIC premium for policy no.[protected], D.O.C. 22/02/11 amounting Rs.12717/- through LIC online payment portal with help of LIC pay direct mode on 10-02-17. But I have not received payment receipt till date . Acknowledgement receipt is enclosed herewith.
So, kindly send me premium receipt at my e-mail ID [protected]@gmail.com forthwith.
