I( Sourajyoti Datta), paid my LIC premiums (policy no[protected] &[protected] paid the premium online through my Citi credit card. However, not received the receipt.

My policy was transferred from Mangalore-2 (bo.795) to CAB-Kakinada )bo.0B) branch with out the loan details.
Now I want to pay the outstanding loan which I have take from Cit Branch-17(bo.73K) on[protected].
I requested to solve the problem by making email to Rajahmundry. No response even after 2 months.
Please do the needful.
