My gender has been changed from male to female in new portal. This restrict me to add any policies by throwing an error "gender doesn't match". I have raised the concern to customer support team at regional and at zone level. They have forwarded the details to portal team but no response from portal team.
According to lic webpage
"turn around time (Tat) :the tat turnaround time for acknowledgement of complaint is 3 days and for resolution of complaint is 15 days from date of receipt of the complaint."
