Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — gender update | |
Due to recent update of lic portal, my gender is default set to male and i am not able to update it to add new policies to my account. As per faqs under help option, i dropped 10+ emails mentioning my concern to "[protected]@licindia.com" but not received any reply yet. I really need lic to take this matter seriously and solve this issue asap as its blocking my processing for other documents where i need to submit lic premium slips. Also lic should provide proper support email for communication who will actually revert to customer complains. Was this information helpful? | |
