SUB: Representation for reconsideration of policy number[protected] on the life of Late Bimal Kumar Das, SA = Rs. 50, 000/-, T / T – 14/16 Sir, I, Pallab Das, S/O Late Bimal Kumar Das and the nominee of the above policy, beg most respectfully to state that I have received your letter regarding the repudiation of the claim of my deceased father’s policy number[protected]. I’m, therefore, going to put some points against your decision to repudiate the claim on the policy. First, my father didn’t fill up the form of the policy himself and I think you know that agents do everything including filling up the form. It’s the fault of the agent of your Insurance company. Secondly, We all know that Leprosy is a curable disease and my father had totally recovered from Leprosy .Then why a person who had recovered from Leprosy had to say that he was suffering from Leprosy! Thirdly, I have submitted all prescriptions that you required and I haven’t do anything wrong. If I wanted to hide those facts, I would not submit those prescriptions. I’m, therefore, clear from my side. Under such circumstances, I, therefore, request you to grant the claim. I sincerely hope, this time you will realise those matters and would be kind enough to consider my application and the claim on the policy no[protected].
