Subject :-claim of my policy no[protected] and your letter no-lic/tpaname dt 7th november 15 for rejection.

Dear sir,
Reference to aforesaid subject, i would like to confirm followings-
· # i have parched aforesaid policy on 04.02.2012 about 3year 8 month back.
· #the disease detected only six month back before operation.
· # i have admitted in hospital on 4th september 2015.
· # i have submitted all documents, as asked?
I have failed to understand, why my claims has been setteled till now?
Please look into the matter and approve my claims.
