Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — incorrect gender is displayed after migration. cannot update/correct as it is non - editable field

When i login to lic portal, and try to add new policy, it throws an error - there is gender mismatch. On checking the personal profile i realised that the gender displayed is male instead of female. And this is non - editable field, so no way to make the correction.

Earlier the gender was correct and there was no issue in adding new policy. Probably the issue has surfaced post system migration at lic.

Kindly resolve this asap.

My policy Jeevan saral plan-165 which term is 15 years.can I withdraw this policy after 10 year premium deposit without any penalty .if yes how maturity amount I will get
