I have opted for a housing loan from Kukatpally, Telangana that got approved in Jul 2018 with EMI starting from Aug 2018.
LIC Representative was quite irresponsible in terms of communicating the details of loan to me and short-tempered
1) Loan amount requested vs approved. Was not communicated
2) No details of processing fee included.
3) Asking question on amounts reduced. He used to shout on the call and send message later indicating sorry if I spoke wrongly
4) Last amount disbursement sms received and reflected in system but no cheque in hand. Now he indicates to my brother that approval signature is still pending.
So now I would be paying EMI on the amount that is not even received to me?
How is LIC operating now?
No option on website for customer care approach. It just provides a reference but no communication via any means to the consumer. Was this information helpful? |
