Sir, in the above product of lic there is a provision to tender a anual premium in advance. On this amount lic gives 10.5%interest and adjust this amount with interest in next unpaid due premium.in above policy i have deposited amt equal to a anual premium in advance in the month of 11/2016 for the next unpaid premium for the month of 11/2017. But lic has neither adjusting the above amount nor taking amount for further due premium in the month of 12/2018. I have visited branch office shivpuri comes under division office gwalior of central zonal office bhopal (M. P.). No body is serious about the policyholders services and no one is taking interest towards solving the problem from bottom to top in the institution of lic of india. This type of practices are also highly objectionable that with solving the problem, the concern person is changing the status of problems As RESOLVED. neither LIC given any information about what they doing in the matter nor satisfactory answer.
