I purchased the LIC BIma Jyoti plan online on Jan 9, 2022. After purchasing the policy, I got an email that I need to go for several medical examinations and provide the test results for the policy to activate. However, at the time of filling the policy form, there was no mention of medical test requirements. I am a NRI based in the USA and I cannot come to India to do my medical examination.
I have been calling LIC for 8 days now and sent several emails but I never receive any replies. I have been a long term LIC customer since 2009 and I have 3 policies with LIC. I never expected to have this kind of experience with LIC. This is the worst experience I have ever had with LIC. I will never ever buy LIC policy online!
I just want my proposal to be canceled so that I can get my premium refund. Please assist me to cancel my policy and provide the refund for the first premium at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
