Hi, This is in regards to my home loan account # xxxxxxx. I have been having a lot of troubles off late and received pathetic services from LIC. Below is the summary: My EMI for the home loan is paid via ECS through my XYZ Bank a/c every 10th of the month. On April 10th, my ECS was rejected by XYZ due to amount discrepancy. On 17th April, I asked Lakhan Mandar to deposit the security cheque for amount Rs 38, 499/- which is still not cleared. Its been more than 40 days now! On May 10th, my ECS was again rejected by XYZ Bank due to amount discrepancy. On 13th May, I asked Lakhan Mandar to again use one of the security cheques for amount Rs 38, 499/- which is still not cleared. Its been more than 15 days now! It seems Lakhan Mandar has asked Shilpa Falsamkar to deposit the above cheques however, no one can track where the cheques are so far! I have sent numerous emails to Shilpa and my father personally visited the Borivli West LIC office and spoke to Shilpa in person but no response as yet. Other than above, my father also deposited the below cheques for making extra payment towards my Principal amount. Cheque # 000084 dates 24th April 2017 for Rs 35, 000/- was cleared on 27th April 2017 Cheque # 000085 dates 16th May 2017 for Rs 40, 000/- is still not cleared. Its been more than 12 days now. Lakhan Mandar gave me contact number of Saurabh Kothari (Deputy manager) with whom I have tried contacting on whatsapp, normal calls and even asked ny father to call but he doesnt pick up the call at all. I even sent a whatsapp message to him letting him know the trouble and the context for contacting him. Even though he read the message, he simply chose to ignore! I am really frustrated with the lack of service and complete unprofessional behavior shown by LIC Staff specifically Shilpa & Saurabh. Being in a financial services industry, they should know every delayed payment results into penalty charges + extra ineterst. Please treat this matter as high urgent and provide solution. Payment ID IHDF[protected]. I have not received the Premium receipt till date.
I taken follow-up by mail to this email id [protected]@licindia.com. But no response received from them.
Now i have to submit these receipt in my office for claim.
