Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — LIC is not refunding whole amount in Cooling-off Policy #[protected]

For Policy #[protected] I gave Rs. 72095/- (premium + 4.5 % GST) on Oct 11, 2021.
They returned me on cooling off (within 15 days due to medical emergency) Rs. 69900/- as per them only in last communication
So, as per norms, terms & conditions I am yet to get rest Rs.[protected] = Rs. 2195/- which is again pending since last 2 months (excluding interest).

They are simply harrasshing me & not yet returned as promised.
