I have registered online to buy a Tech Term Plan through the LIC website on 06.07.2021. The access id is[protected]. I have purchased a Tech Term Plan on 06.07.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 11838/- . The proposal number of the policy is 10723. After that, a Telemedical video calling was done. But after that, there is no update regarding my policy. I have not received any call for physical medical.
I have called customer care but they said they haven't responded to any information regarding online purchased policies and I am not able to get any information about my policy.
So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money. Was this information helpful? |
