Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — lic old portal registered customer could not login in the new portal, old portal not accessible

I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain. When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Since last three days, i am facing issue with LIC login (Both New & old )sites. Please arrange to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I am old user of LIC having user name and password, now LIC upgraded their site and old username password does work in new system, wrote so many mails to LIC but no answer, called to customer care and no answer, even I wrote on web site also and answer comes "Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint" but no action, requesting to everybody please do not take any policy from LIC such a goof/stupid/careless insurance company..
