Sir/madam, I, mrs. ranjana rupal velekar, resident of diva, dist. thane, have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated 15/02/2017 for rs.1200/- through www.licindia.com, payment id no. hurp[protected], lic order no. 16363853. rs. 1200/- is debited from my account and accordingly i have received payment acknowledgment at the same time but i do not received lic receipt till date. please do the needful at the earliest.
