I have registered online to buy tech term plan through LIC website on 24.04.2022.
I made a payment of Rs. 19104/- . The proposal number of policy is 1107. Within next week all physical Medical tests & Telemedical video call was done & got confirmation from TPA that my reports are uploaded in LIC portal.
But after that there is no any update regarding my policy.
- The customer contact number 68276827 is not reachable
- The email follow ups are not responded
- The enquiry section in the LIC customer portal do not respond to queries. There was one update 24-May-2022, asking to repeat the doc upload process, the process was repeated again as requested on 25-May.
Ever since the portal folks stopped responding as well.
Deeply regret opting for an online term insurance, if a living soul is put to so much stress. I cant imagine how bad the settlement process will be when the insurer passes away.
Kindly request to cancel the proposal and refund the premium at the earliest.

So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the proposal and refund the full money.
I thought of recomend this policy to my friend and family members but now i need to rethink.
