My father had taken a policy on my name with LIC on 28/3/2002 Policy No[protected] which was matured on 28/3/2020. and all the relevant documents for maturity were summited by my 70 year old father in person even in this pandemic station on 26 June 2020. its been a more than year now, but still claim is not settled, the branch was keep saying so many excuses and now they are saying they have not received any documents.
even in the after the Corona lockdown time, we visited the branch so many times for the updates, but manager never attend us to lesion the ask. the person who was handling this case also not responding for any queries. Now again they are calling is to visit the branch every now and then but when we visit they say come next day, and next day also its a same story.
we have given all the documents to branch but still the claim is not processing anywhere.
We have raised multiple compilates again the LIC branch via IRDI, but they have closed all cases same story "we are working on this", but never got any response.
