I regretfully beg to inform you that the above policy has been matured on 2017, but yet the full payment was not paid to me. First Jhalda LIC gave me Rs 2, 22, 000 in the account of Bank of India, Purulia in Feb 2018 without any interest. Jhalda LIC manager said to me that the rest money will be sent in the account of Bank of India, Purulia, Account No.- 42700SUNCR099, as my policy was made assignment in Bank of India for purchasing a house taking loan from the Bank.
I frequently went to Jhalda LIC office and they said that Rs 14, 000 has been sent in the account of Bank of India, Account No.- 42700SUNCR099 but the Bank Manager said that they have not received this amount in their account even the bank manager produced me a letter that they had not got this money in their account. I produced this Bank letter to you for enough evidence. I have got Rs2000+Rs2000 in the year 2002 and 2004 out of Rs18, 000, rest money due is Rs 14, 000.
So, I therefore request you to take stern action against the Jhalda LIC office manager against such delaying to give me money and you are requested to provide me so that I get Rs 14, 000 with interest and the interest of Rs2, 22, 000 for their negligence, given me in Feb 2018 instead of Nov 2017.
I shall be grateful to you for taking necessary action as soon as possible.
