Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — money not received from lic after paying premium timely

This is to inform you that we have not receive the bond or money from lic branch 919. Our policy is due and we have submitted all the required documents to surrender the policy yet there is no update from lic nor from the agent.

My agent name is mrs. Kalpana and she was asking us to follow up with lic branch 919 who are not responding to calls and now even she has stop taking calls.
