My annuity was stopped in 2012. I visited your office about a month ago and have sent all necessary papers including a cancelled cheque by courier. However i have not received the arrears and also the monthly payment has not been started.

I am trying to reset the password through lic portal. It is taking long time and after some time it says an error "Unable to connect to network". Toady is my last day for paying the premium amount. Please help me in this regard.
