I am replying to you just inform you don’t make fool to the policy holder. when you(vyara branch) send me the letter replying my complain to the A.D.M. You have mentioned that you have enclosed (1) Mode change letter and (2) Premium S.A. Calculation Sheet but there wasn’t any thing enclosed with the letter. When I have contacting on telephone the officer of yours has accepted that there wasn’t anything enclosed with the letter and told me in the policy the mode of premium paying was changed SSS to Hly and along with we have send a letter mentioning Chane of MSA in the policy. I am sending you the letter of mode of Premium change, there wasn’t anything mentioned about MSA in that letter.
If vyara branch has such proof of that why didn’t they send me when I have given first application on 5/03/2018? It is a clear case of cheating with the policy holder. Now I discontent regarding your response and still you are notable to provide me such sound proof that support your argument. When Policy Bond is the contract with LIC and Customer. LIC should pay me Rupees 1, 25, 000 Maturity S.A. and Loyalty addition within a week otherwise it seems LIC has broken the contract. So without wasting further my valuable time here I arrived at decision to approach the matter in Ombudsmen soon.
