Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Rohit Nandi i held LIC agency in year 2015 but there was no policy sourced through my code and my agency was Terminated for Non Fulfilment of Minimum business Guarantee.

Further, I request you to please remove of PAN from IRDA portal as i have applied for job in HDFC Ergo where my joining is on hold as me PAN number is still reflection on IRDA portal.

Your positive and faster approach towards this matter will be highly appreciated.
