Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — no policy document / zero communication from lic | |||
The monthly premium started getting deducted every month... 3 months down the link i could see that lic hasn't dispatched the policy document nor even a single phone call, message or even an email to me. After paying for 3 months i was not even knowing my policy number. Practically there should be communication on 1) submission of form, 2) its acceptance, 3) policy number / branch no / other details, 4) the date of amt getting deducted, 5) payment acknowledgement... However to my surprise there was nil communication from lic & finally after 3 months of payment i had to stop the bank for debiting the amt. Now, it's almost 6 months n still there is no communication even to know as to why i have stopped making payment. In today's customer centric n digital world... The premium amount of(Rs 6482.21, including fine)for lic policy no[protected] was debited from bank account on 21.03.2020.Details of transaction is PRCR/[protected].The transaction failed was shown after the money was debited.Please do the necessary action in form of refund.
