Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — no receipt for payment is sent on email or can be generated on transaction status portal and cash is debited from account

On 17/12/2017 i paid 2 premium on licindia.com direct portal and payment is done but no reciept is sent on email.
Cash is debited from account and when i go to check my transaction status to generate reciept the site shows no transaction status i am sending you a picture of transaction details with this. Policy no. Of two plicies are[protected] and[protected]
