Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — No update from area manager till level 3 escalation | |||||
I had taken LIC Home loan ([protected]). and experienced such a bad service and worst response from LIC HFL. They didn't reply to any complaint and pick the phone calls. 1. Whenever they increase the interest rate, they will never intimate us. In the same all private/government banks are intimating. 2. I have submitted my re-write form along with afadivit and check of 1150 rupees to Patna branch. After two month I came to know they have canceled my form . As I need to submit the form same location where i took the loan(Noida). 3. They are not bother to send a mail to intimates this and when I asked about my check and afadivit they told me that chack would be canceled . 4. LICHFL employees don't have character to work, they are busy with chit chat with neighbours, Lunch and ghutka . They don't have value for customers time. 5.
