Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Non payment of amount of matured policy

I have already submitted my original policy with maturity claim voucher with bank details to the br. No. 816, bhavnagaron[protected], of myjeewan suraksha policy no.[protected].
However, i have not received any payment till today. More than 2 months have passed.
I am enclosing the details policy copy
