Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Non receipt of annuity for Jeevan Suraksha Policy No.[protected]

I have been receiving payment of Rs 46560/- as annuity for my Jeevan Suraksha Policy every year on 2 April.

The payment has not been received this year on 2 April 2017. I have also submitted existence certificate to the following office of LIC of India in February 2017 (this office deals with my policy): -
