Sir,
I sri basudev das was receiving rs.428 per month as annuity against the annuity no. P&gs/gsca/058m[protected]/31086 since my retirement year 2005. But from the month of january 2017 there has been no deposit of the above said monthly amount, in my savings bank account no. [protected] of odisha gramya bank, dhenkanal. Kindly make necessary arrangement for payment of the same.

Policy no[protected] premium paid on 8 June 18 transaction failed message appears but amount debited from credit card.premium reciept not recieved
Lic of india may address the issue and send the reciept
