Name: mohandas bolar,, dob: 20/1/1938, policy no: 48744647 own life dt. 12/1/1977, sum assured: 50, 000/-, maturity dt: 19/1/1992, premium amt: 1800/- hly, br no: 695, mangalore unit 2 br office, udipi div 552. Policy was attached by income-tax dept due to pending customs case (1983). Case acquitted by high court on 9/11/2010, copy of order by the tribunal was received on 7/12/2011. The lic claim amt was not relieved inspite of submitting no-dues certificate issued by it dept as reqd. Kindly oblige. Thanks.
