Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — non-receipt of monthly annuity beginning of september 2018

I am m a ranganath & submitted a complaint a fortnight ago for which there is no response.

My annuity reference is #071m[protected] and have been receiving the subject annuity regularly for the last 15 years (Amount rs.2439/-) from bangalore p&gs unit.

Master policy ref:gsca31583.

I would like to know the reason. Life certificate was submitted during 2013.
Is it required to be submitted again. I had sent a mail indicating the change of address. The present address is:

M a ranganath, g1203, purvavenezia, yelahanka new town, bangalore-560064.

Kindly respond to my complaint at the earliest and do the needful. I am a senior citizen of age 74 years.
