I had purchased following lif insurance policies from life insurance corporation of india (Lici) through their kalyani (0436) branch :- Policy no. Date of purchase amount invested [protected] 06.01.2020 rs.9, 93785.00 [protected] 07.01.2020 rs.4, 96, 890.00, But till 20.03.2020 on non-receipt of original policy document i have lodged grievance on 22.03.2020 on lic’s portal. But on 31.03.2020, they have closed the grievance without resolution on 31.03.2020. I have lodged again grievance on 31.03.2020. They have advised me as follows: “we are sorry to inform you that status of attending your complaint is appearing as resolved or closed as per our system. But we regret that under the present situation it is not possible for us to look into the matter and solve the issue. But we admit that one month is sufficient to get the policy delivered. Under this circumstances, please bear with us. We shall certainly inquire into the matter as soon as possible with the normalization of the situation. Till then, please bear with us.” But you should appreciate that considerable period has been lapsed since substantial relaxation by administration towards normalization. But they are yet to honour their commitment. On contrary they have debarred me from lodging grievance on lic’s portal for resolution of my long outstanding issue. Was this information helpful? | |
