Sir I have made payment of Rupees 36069.00 towards my LIC premium vide LIC order no[protected] and payment ID- HSBI[protected] on 12.02.2017 through net banking. They have informed me that the receipt will be send within 48hours to my mail id but I am yet to receive the same. The document is essential for my annual IT calculation. Plz send the same at earliest. Thanks.

Sir my policy no is[protected], I paid my premium on[protected] through United Bank Debit Card but I did not receive online payment receipt.My account has been debited but online payment receipt not generated. Please send online receipt on my e-mail.
