Sir/madam,
I have submitted all the required documents at lic office city branch-i (671), visakhapatnam for settlement of claim almost 4 months back for the policy no.[protected], policy holders name: udata madhavi.
But till today the amount has not been credited to the policy holders bank account, even after repeated phone calls to the lic office.
This is very annoying situation.

Almost everyday I have been enquiring in LIC office, Visakhapatnam over telephone. But they are saying that it will done today itself. Like this reply almost more than 4 months have passed without any fruitful action. Please do the needful at the earliest. My mobile No: [protected].
