I, Gobinda Bera, a Policyholder of your BAGNAN BRANCH OFFICE holding policy no[protected], would like to state that I had applied for the policy on 25.03.2022. I have been paying premium on due date regularly since that. But unfortunately I haven't received the Policy Bond yet.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that I can get my hands on the Policy Bond.
