Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — non receipt of premium receipt due to display of error

I have paid annual premium of my policy no.[protected] worth rs.1601/- through sbi netbanking on 02/07/2020, which was debited from my account but the premium receipt was not generated due to display of error page. Please help.
