Dear sir I have an life insurance corporation policy bearing number:[protected]. Branch code no. 64s. Due date for payment of survival benefit is 28th september 2017. I have submitted all the relevant information to the branch. When contacted the branch officials, they informed it will be credited to my given account number on the next woking day but till date i have not received the amount even after lapse of 13 days.
