Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Not able to register user using policy information.

When I am trying to register new user using my policy details, site says 'Wrong data entered'. I entered all correct information then also error is same. I feel helpless. Why there is not specific error saying which field is wrong or which data is wrong. How do I proceed, whom should I concern. I wonder anyone can resolve this error as soon as possible.
