Dear madam/sir

I am a customer of your organisation named atul sagar with policy number [protected]. My bonus amount has been raised in the month of dec2018 but till now april2019 i had not recieved it yet. I have been regurarly visiting lic office, durg but rather than solving the problem they are only providing me letters for multiple times to submit here and there for months. I have to come from hyderabad for all these still i had not recieved the bonus amount.
