My name is Dewesh Mukherjee. My LIC policy no. is[protected], Branch Code-5001, Gulab Bagh Br. Office, Purnea, Dist-Purnea, Pin 85430. Money back date of the policy was on 28.05.2016 but till date I have not received my money back amount although I submitted my bank details earlier. Please look after the matter and take necessary action.
