Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — not willing to reduce home loan interest rates

I am writing this with immense regret of selecting LICHFL for my home loan over other banking institutions.

This is with regards to the rate of interest which never decreased below 9.7% where LICHFL itself offers home loan to new customers at rate 8.4%. It makes me realize every time I remember my home loan how bad that decision was and the earlier one onboarded to LICHFL the worst he was hit by it.
There were many irregularities done by LICHFL with my loan but I could not prove it as it never sent any communication to me. No statements were received so far, I always expected atleast a softcopy of it to my email. Communication is at worst in LICHFL. It only cares about extracting hard-earned money, nothing else matters here.
Coming back to current interest rate i.e. 9.7%, there were several requests made to them over the phone to do something on this and everytime they responded that nothing could be done on this and if LICHFL reduces the rate it would reduce for me as well.
I am still waiting for that day after so many years when I would see the interest rate moves in either direction. I have not seen it changing for so many years now.
LICHFL even tells me to move the loan to the bank I prefer knowing that I live in Noida and it would be very difficult for me to do the required steps in Kolkata as the both LICHFL branch and my property located in this city.

I am nearly trapped to this pathetic design where no help is offered from LICHFL and also not sure where to write about this to get some relief on interest rates.

Also, it would be very helpful if LICHFL sends me the statements(including the past) to my registered email.
