Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — online payment done but payment receipt not received and also not updated online in my account

Dear sir,
I have online paid for the policy no[protected] and[protected] on 17th dec 2017. Transition id is 14954856. The total amount paid by me is rs 15068.68
I have checked online and also received confirmation on my mobile no [protected] about adjustment rs 11708 against policy no[protected].
The remaining amount 3240 against same transition id 14954856 is not adjusted against policy no[protected].

Please help me in this matter.
