[Resolved]  Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Payment not received on reinvested survival benefit-Policy no.[protected]

Above policy matured on 28.01.2021 but the survival benefit which was reinvested on 28.01.2011 not included in the maturity payment.I have submitted a letter to the Branch manager, College street branch(41N) Kolkata-700013 on 10.02.2021 attaching Acknowledge Slip duly accepted by the Branch Manager confirming reinvestment of survival benefit on19.01.2011 but so far I have not received the payment with interest
Hence I would request you to kindly arrange for payment of reinvested survival benefit with interest till the date of payment AMRITA SARKAR
