This is to inform you that I, Mr. Joseph S. Conrad had visited your office on 9th December, 2020 to submit the claim documents of my wife Mrs. Gargi Conrad, since deceased.

I was told that the same will be disbursed at the earliest. However, I have still not received the same.

I am 72 years of age and it is not possible for me to travel and visit your office very often, especially during the pandemic, hence I would request you to process the needful at the earliest.
