Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Policy collapsed not cleared agent poor service

Sir my policy no[protected] at chennai annanagar br jan 2016 2 bending dues so colopsed i spoke my agent Samuel he collect 3 dues amt rs 19300/ feb month from me but not cleared . many more call & msg to samuel from me all are avoided. At mar month he adviced lic med test at karur test completed but our policy no running next 4th due amt collected rs 6700 through annanagar br mr francis. Totally 26000/ paid for 4 dues med test completed but amount not deposited to lic. policy not running still today I cannot got original reason from agent.Please take action quickly solve my problem.do run my policy k K.A.Mohammed thajudeen policy no[protected]
