My LIC policy no.[protected] dated 02.02.2007, submitted the bond on Mar'2017 to get the maturity amount at LIC office, Berhampur (Orissa). After making so many followup now came to know LIC is unable to proceed for making my payment due to some technical issue. Who will be responsible for this issue, and if we not getting our return on tim what is the use of our investment. please help me to get my policy maturity amount.
