Sir,
I, mrinal kanti sarkar s/o ramkanai sarkar & father of purushottam sarkar (P. Sarkar) is bonafied customer of lici. I appeal to you to refund my deposited rs. 41, 888 (Rupees forty one thousand eight hundred eighty eight only) in the name of my son purushottam sarkar (P. Sarkar) in support of my statement written below-
1) one last 18/10/2017 for entering in the "jivon utsarga" policy i deposited rs. 41, 888 (Rupees forty one thousand eight hundred eighty eight only) in case counter of the lici, rampurhat branch, birbhum, along with from & other documents. Its boc no - 09871 received dated 18/10/2017.
2) on the next day 19/10/2017 i handed over my son, purushottam sarkar's school certificates, the proposal deposit receipt lic & the photo copies of essential documents to agents (Agents code no-0123946b).
3) the agents agreed to diposit the documents & give me the final original receipt within 2/3 days. But after some days in wonted the original receipt instead he misbehaved with me & did not handover it to me.
4) after ten or twelve days i went to the lic office rampurhat branch and come to know that no policy given on the proposal deposits receipt rs.41, 888. I requested the agent to submit the documents and come to know the bad mentality of the agent.
5) under this conditions i apealed the manager of lici, rampurhat branch along with the documents to return the money due to my daughters marriages.
6) when agent come to know this he consulted with the manager and redeposited the money through neft from kanara bank rampurhat on 16/11/2017 in lici, bearing boc no 09871.in the situation manager wanted the original proposal receipt from me. My question is how an agent an a branch manager can play at ducks and drakes with a consumer. The matter is brought to you for verification and supervision. I beg you to return my money which will be benefitial to my daughter's marriage. Thanking you and waiting for yours kind consideration and information.

Sir, In persuance of the application complaint status update I.d.-1793516 Receipt Dated 02/12/17 at 12.25 pm remind you for quick action. In that application i requested you to take proper steps to return my deposited money (Rupees 41, 888) In LICI Rampurhat Birbhum Dated 18/10/2017 BOC NO. 9871. So far i did not neither gate back my deposited money nor any written answer. No action has been taken from LIC Rampurhat, Birbhum. I again remind you that the money is very essential for my daughters marriage. I along with are suffering from mental and physical sufferings.
There fore i request you again to take necessary steps immediately to return my deposited money.
