Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Premium payment deposited from bank account but transaction not found

On may 15th 2023, i did a lic insurance renewal payment at 20:16:16 using SBI debit card, the money got debited from my account but the transcation reciept is not found, its showing no transcation found in the website, i did the payment through online via the website's pay online section(without log in). please issue a refund if the transcation in not done in LIC. or please try to contact me as soon as possible and help me in some way.
