Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — profile management

Whenever i login number of times and i want to change my name as rajesh suresh deshpande instead of deshpande rs but i couldn't change it. I don't understand why although i tried it number of times. Secondly about the length of service in my profile and my spouse i want to update but couldn't change. Again the question is why so, and how to manage the profile from mobile?
